A deficiency which has long put the school in Malaysia behind in terms of 'permeation' of technology in education.
Indirectly, this news gives new opportunities for developers and IT industry players in Malaysia to venture into new markets, particularly education as an academic related. 2013 appears to be a very interesting and perhaps applications such as iBook, Google Education and Youtube for Education will begin to take place in Malaysia.
